The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1 day in filing this Criminal Appeal against the order dated 06.11.2023 made in C.C.No.23 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
