preferred W.A.No.2381 of 2012 and Honourable Division Bench of this Court admitted the appeal and the same is pending for adjudication and therefore, the present contempt application deserves no further consideration at this point of time. It is needless to state that after the disposal of the writ appeal, it is for the parties to initiate appropriate proceedings under the law.
3. Thus, no further adjudication in this contempt petition is required to be undertaken. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
