C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5240 of 2022, dated 07.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly.
