This criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.04.2022.

3. In such view of the matter, no further order is required. However, if the petitioner advised, may give a fresh complaint to the police and on such complaint, the police shall conduct enquiry and take action as per law.
