The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner and his political leaders to felicitate / wear the garland on the Statue of Valvil Ori to be held on 02.08.2016 at 11.45 a.m on the Memorial Day of Valvil Ori at Semmedu, Kolli Hills, Namakkal District by allowing specific time for 30 minutes consequently permit the petitioner to conduct the meeting in the Vasantha Mahal Marriage Hall at Senthamangalam, Namakkal District on the same day from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

2. In view of the fact that the cause for filing of the present Writ Petition did not exist as of now, thus no further consideration is required in this Writ Petition.
