ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to canvass all his grievances before the competent civil Court where the suit is pending. However, the civil Court shall resolve the dispute without being influenced by the observation made in the impugned order. Consequently, the criminal appeal stands rejected in the SR stage itself.
