The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 5, 7(1) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 and 318(4) of BNS (420 of IPC), in Crime No.03 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is the supplier of banned lottery tickets. He is having 12 previous cases similar in nature. Hence, the anticipatory bail petition opposed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. This Court finds force in the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
