(CR.NO.38 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum pursuant to the orders passed by this Hon`ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6416 of 2022 dated 24.03.2022 to execute a separate bond before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.6416 of 2022 dated 24.03.2022 is extended till 06.05.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
