This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners herein as the legal representatives in the place of the deceased sole petitioner and rank them as petitioners 2 to 5 in the above CRP.

2. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

3. Registry is directed to amend the cause title and list the Civil Revision Petition on 13.08.2020.
