Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct mop up counselling for the existing vacancies in MBA (International Business Programme) for the academic year 2017-2018 and admit the petitioner in MBA (International Business Course) for the academic year 2017-2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though there are vacancies still available after conducting the counselling, the respondents are not conducting mop up counselling to fill up the existing vacancies in MBA (International Business Programme) for the academic year 2017-2018.

4. It appears that the petitioner, ventilating such grievance, has made representations on 02.08.2017 and 07.08.2017. It is for the respondents to consider those representations and take appropriate action to fill up the existing vacancies, without loss of further time. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, seeking for conducting mop up counselling and take appropriate action, without loss of further time. No costs.
