ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.136 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein without any provocation alleged to have been attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod. It is further alleged that four of his upper teeth got dislodged.

3. The Accident Register indicates that the petitioner had sustained lacerated wound over his face.

4. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
