The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner complaint in dated 12.02.2018 against the above said accused Parasurman and help the petitioner to get back his hard earned money by conducting a fair enquiry in the interest of justice.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, (Puducherry) has submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed, as it is Civil in nature in Non Congnizable Offence No.77052.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, (Puducherry), the present Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
