This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience and defiance of the orders of this Court dated 10.02.2020 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.25560 of 2019.

2.The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 25.10.2021. On going through the proceedings, it is seen that the sanction has been granted in favour of the petitioner, subject to conditions.
