S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 294(b), 307, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.256 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein along with three others to take revenge of the murder of one Kumaran had been followed the victim viz., Sindhu who is the wife of Padmaguru who is the prime accused, in the case were Kumaran was murdered. The confession statement of the arrested accused persons indicates that this petitioner was the part of the group which seemed to kill the defacto complainant and passed on the information to other assailants soon after the victim left the beauty parlour and followed her and attacked her brutally.

3. The sheet of injury found in the AR Copy indicates that it is a case of attempt murder and an intention of the petitioner was to cause death of victim. Since the investigation indicates that the petitioner has an active role in this Crime and absconding, unless and until if the petitioner is secured, the investigation shall not get completed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
