Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 5 to appoint an Administrator to administer and manage the 6th respondent and to take steps and to amend its byelaws to be inconsonance with that of the 3rd respondent and the national sports code and to hold free and fair elections to the committee of the 6th respondent permitting only candidates lawfully elected by duly registered District Kabadi Associations in the State of Tamil Nadu and to handover the administration to such an elected body.

O R D E R

(Made by Ms.Indira Banerjee, Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the writ petition and seeks to withdraw the same. An endorsement is also made to that effect.

The writ petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.13149 and 13150 of 2018 also stand dismissed.
