ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 31.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4(1-A) TNP (Transport) Act and 4 and 5 of Tamilnadu Rectified Spirit Rules 2000 in Cr.No.389 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused were found in possession of 110 litres of I.D. arrack and 175 litres of rectified spirit. The petitioner is arrayed as A1 in the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is history sheeted accused and further submitted that there are seven previous cases pending as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are seven previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
