(0.79 cents) and in S.No.4/2C2 to an extent of 6 cents situated at Motham Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by the revenue authorities and to fence the property thereafter, as per the petitioner's complaint dated 11.04.2022. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner for surveying and measuring his immovable property.

2. It is pertinent to note that the petitioner has filed this petition seeking for police protection for surveying the land as the title has not been established. It is well open to the petitioner to file necessary application under Survey and Boundaries Act before the civil court for demarcation of property. Since the issue is relating to survey the property, this Court is of the view that blanket order for police protection cannot be granted. It is for the petitioner to approach the civil court and file appropriate suit or application for demarcation of property. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
