ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 506(ii) of IPC r/w 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961in Crime No. (Not known of 2021), seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners in CSR.No.20/2021 dated 12.01.2021.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the enquiry, if a prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report, else the petition be closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
