ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to CC No.111 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpattu and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in CC No.111/2010 was subsequently, transferred to the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Chengalpet and renumbered as CC No.32 of 2013, which, after due trial, ended in acquittal by judgment dated 30.12.2013.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
