ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 2 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2025 within a stipulated time frame.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the president of the Uppilipalayam Housing Unit Senior Citizens Welfare Association has filed this writ petition representing the substantial number of flat owners of Singanallur Farmers Market under the Uppilipalayam Scheme, I, II and III constructed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. He is also a flat owner of Singanallur Farmers Market under the said Scheme. It was constructed between the year 1983 and 1985. After five decades, the sixth respondent, the Joint Action Committee entered into an agreement with the fifth respondent. However, the agreement entered between them was not furnished to the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. Therefore, this Court may issue direction to the 6th respondent to furnish the Scheme Agreement to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner as against the sixth respondent is not maintainable. There was a dispute between the petitioner association and the sixth respondent/The Joint Action Committee. The said dispute have to be ventilated only before the Civil Court and not before this Court. However, the sixth respondent has agreed to furnish the said Scheme 3/6

Agreement to the petitioner association.
