ORDER
This writ petition is filed to quash the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.6871/2016/Sa Pa2 dated 13.04.2017 and to direct the second respondent to furnish the documents as per the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2016 and explanation dated 05.01.2017.
2.When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the second respondent will furnish the copies of documents as required by the petitioner on 12.06.2017, and that the petitioner may appear before the second respondent on that date and collect the same.
3.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 12.06.2017 and on such appearance, the second respondent shall handover the copies of documents as required by the petitioner. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
