Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.6541 of 2021 dated 31.03.2021 as this petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. instead of the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu daily at 10.00 a.m. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.ANEESAN, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6541 of 2021 dated 31.03.2021 as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., instead of the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu daily at 10.00 a.m.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in respect of another criminal case, the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu. Hence, he is not able to appear before the respondent police daily. Hence, to modify the condition iimposed in Crl.O.P.No.6541 of 2021, dated 31.03.2021, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate.

Considering the above submission, this Court is incliend to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5146 of 2021 in Crl.O.P No.6541 of 2021 dated 31.03.2021, is modified and he shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every sunday at 10.30 a.m.
