ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested for the alleged offences under sections 341 I.P.C. and section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act altered to Section 341, 285, 120(B) IPC and 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.192 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The petitioners herein are alleged to have restrained a public transport bus during night hours and had damaged the wind screen to show their protest against the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding reservation.

3.The prosecution case is that damage to the vehicle is worth about Rs.11,500/-.

4.Considering the fact that since the act of these petitioners had caused not only damage to the public property but also suffers innocent passengers, who were travelling in the public transport bus during the night hours and considering the risk of their life, the criminal original petition for bail is dismissed. -sd/- 21/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
