As against the impugned award dated 30.11.2015 made in M.C.O.P. No.423 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (The District Judge), Salem, awarding a sum of Rs.9,11,000/- as against the claim of Rs.20,00,000/- for the loss of life of the bread winner of the claimants' family, challenging the correctness of compensation, the Insurance Company has proposed to file the appeal. But in the meanwhile, there is a delay of 29 days. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the claimants/respondents 1 to 3 has no objection in allowing this petition.
3.In view of no objection raised on the side of the claimants/respondents 1 to 3 in allowing this petition, this Court, is inclined to allow this petition.
4.Accordingly, the delay of 29 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this petition is allowed.
5.Registry is directed to number the appeal.
