This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 24.07.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. No representation for petitioner.
3. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.159 of 2015 before the respondent.

offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
