(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ We are not inclined to maintain the contempt petition as the only direction issued was the disposal of the

representation. The respondent authorities did make an endeavour to carry out measurements in the area, but in view of the civil suit filed by the private respondent in the writ petition, a Local Commissioner was appointed to carry out the measurements and that suit is still pending consideration. The petitioner has got himself impleaded as a party in the suit.
