ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent executing the non-bailable warrant pending against the accused in S.T.C.No.148 of 2024 dated 22.08.2025 on the file of the learned II Fast Track Court, Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam at Egmore, Chennai under Section 138 of NI Act.

2. The complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act was filed by the petitioner against the accused/Suganya in S.T.C.No.148 of 2024, dated 22.08.2025 on the file of the learned II Fast Track Court, Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai.

3. According to the petitioner, non-bailable warrant has been issued on 30.10.2025. Therefore, the case has been periodically adjourned by stating that non-bailable warrant is pending.

4. Mr.A.Amarnath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that non-bailable warrant was executed by the respondent police on 21.05.2026.

5. Mr.L.Sreelekha, learned counsel appearing for the accused submitted

that on 21.05.2026, non-bailable warrant has been executed and thereafter, the same was recalled. The accused was served with the complaint and she is now participating in the trial and the case is listed on 01.08.2026.

6. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
