Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent herein relating to the tentative counseling schedule for MBBS/BDS 2017-2018 published by the 2nd respondent herein, and quash the same in so far as it relates to 6th note and direct the respondents herein to grant admission to the petitioner to MBBS course in the

academic year 2017-2018 by permitting the petitioner to participate in the counselling for the same under AR.No.3482 and grant reasonable time to the petitioner for producing the original mark sheets and other certificates.
