ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in D.O.No.16/2019 dated 14.03.2019, detaining her husband as "Black Marketeer", as contemplated under the provisions of Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Act 7 of 1980).

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its proceedings in No.16/2019/M6 dated 25.03.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said proceedings. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
