ORDER

Consequent to the order passed by this Court on 17.03.2026, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had produced the letter of the petitioner acknowledging receipt of the car from the Inspector of Police, Nangavalli Police Station, Salem District. The Superintendent of Police, Salem District, had filed his counter and the relevant paragraphs are extracted hereunder:- "7.It is further submitted that as per the order of the Hon'ble High Court in Crl.O.P.No.6929 of 2026, dated 17.03.2026, the petitioner / Sajna appeared before the respondent police station and produced the documents that is R.C. Book, Driving License, Insurance, Aadhar Card, Pan Card on 24.03.2026. After perused the documents the respondent police handed over the vehicle Viz., Mahindra Thar Four Wheeler Motor Vehicles bearing registration No.KL 11 BU 7776 to the petitioner and obtained her acknowledgment.

8.It is further submitted that the respondent police received the complaint and conduct enquiry in a free, fair and impartial manner. After conducted enquiry, as per the order of this Hon'ble High Court handed over the vehicle to the petitioner and obtained her acknowledgment and duly comply the order passed by this Hon'ble Court."

2.From the above, it is seen that now the car of the petitioner has been handed over to her.
