ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet against the accused for the offences committed by the accused in FIR No. 1563 of 2014 dated 11.09.2014 for offences sections 341, 294, 323 and 506(2), initiate prosecution.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has almost been completed and charge sheet would be filed within a short span of time.
