The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2017 and to recover the belongings of the petitioner referred in the said complaint.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, P. Kritika Kamal, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.10.2017, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.
