ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.63 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the case is of the year 2015, therefore, no direction can be issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation at this stage. However, taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and take action as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
