ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 05.05.2017. 2.Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the request of the petitioner for subsistence allowance will be considered in accordance with law.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 05.05.2017 with regard to grant of subsistence allowance and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
