ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 1 st respondent dated 27.12.2024 confirming the order passed by the 2 nd respondent dated 16.02.2023 and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to restore the patta and maintain the status quo till the outcome of the pending suit in O.S.No.153 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dharmapuri. 2.Heard Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3.The 1 st respondent has refused to pass any orders since there is a pending suit between the parties in O.S.No.153 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dharmapuri. This decision that was taken by the 1 st respondent does not suffer from any illegality. In view of the same, it is made clear that the order passed by the 2 nd respondent in proceedings dated 16.02.2023 and the order passed by the 1 st respondent through proceedings

4/6 dated 27.12.2024, will not have any bearing in the pending suit in O.S.No.153 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dharmapuri and the same will be dealt with on its own merits and in accordance with law. Depending upon the final result in the suit, it is left open to the parties to approach the revenue authorities.
