ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu Mr.Tirupathi, S/o. Kannan, aged 41 years and set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. From the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it appears that the detenu's vehicle was reportedly taken away by two persons, which was recorded by the CCTV. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Strangely, these two persons are also missing. Therefore, the needle of suspicion points out to them.

3. Thus, we direct the first respondent to entrust the investigation to the second respondent. The first respondent shall also monitor and supervise the investigation.

4. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
