This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The petitioner is father of one Dharma Prakash who is accused in Crime No.51 of 2014 and who has not yet been arrested. Hence, the police need the co-operation of the petitioner for apprehending his son. Under such circumstances, a blanket order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry and during the enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
