Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. This Court by an order dated 11.06.2018 in W.P.No.10846 of 2018, directed the respondents that they shall not proceed against the petitioner without conducting appropriate enquiry and without giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing. Considering the direction, it is submitted by the petitioner that an enquiry was conducted and it was concluded on 09.01.2020. But after completion of enquiry, nothing has progressed. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court. The petitioner has made a representation on 01.04.2021 for conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings.
3. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
