With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, for directing the respondents to include his name in the seniority list for promoting him as Divisional Engineer, by considering his representation dated 02.05.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.05.2017, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
