2.The petitioner states that he was an employee of TASMAC. He was orally terminated from service without any notice or enquiry. Hence, he made a representation dated 10.07.2012 to the respondents seeking reinstatement. Since it has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2012 relating to reinstatement, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
