O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.436 of 2013 dated the 29th day of August 2013 on the file of the second respondent police within a stipulated time.

2. The respondents police have filed counter affidavit, wherein Paragraph No.10, it is stated as follows: "10. I submit that after completion of detailed and elaborated investigation, the then Inspector of Police laid the charge sheet on 15.10.2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ulunthurpet and the same is yet to be taken on file."

3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Ulunthurpet is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the final report filed by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
