Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26339 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.RAGHAVAN Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26339 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.In view of the above, the order made in Crl.O.P.No.26339 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, Namakkal District instead of two blood sureties.
