ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30409 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30409 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
