ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 14.06.2014 in CSR.No.CSR/835/7-14/19/14 , the petitioner has come up with the present petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint it appears that the dispute is between a building contractor and the owner in respect of the building agreement dated 06.02.2014. It is the allegation of the petitioner that the building contractor had received a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- and had not properly constructed the house and he is also threatening.
