Prayer in CRP(PD).No.1491 of 2019: This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 06.12.2018 made in I.A.No.4073 of 2018 in O.P.No.4371 of 2017, on the file of the learned IV Family Court at Chennai.

O R D E R

Though, these Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the orders passed by the learned Judge, IV Additional Family Court at Chennai, in I.A.Nos.4848, 4073 of 2018 in O.P.No.4371 of 2017 and in I.A.No.4074 of 2018 in O.P.No.4614 of 2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing the said revisions and it would be suffice that this Court issue directions to the Court below for an early disposal of H.M.O.P.No. 4614 of 2016 and H.M.O.P.No.4371 of 2017, filed by the wife and husband respectively as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the learned Judge, IV Additional Family Court at Chennai, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.Nos. 4614 of 2016 and 4371 of 2017, on or before 31.08.2019. In the result, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of on the above lines. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
