The petitioner made a representation on 1.6.2012 alleging that fraud has been committed in the registration of the document bearing No.8958 of 2011, which is a document for cancellation of sale deed followed by another sale deed dated 2.1.2012 registered as document No.3 of 2012. It is also seen https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that the Assistant Commissioner of Police CCB-II, ALGSC - II, Chennai has also sent a letter on 15.7.2014 in this regard.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, counter affidavit has been filed by the 3rd respondent stating that appropriate action would be taken as per Circular No.67 dated 3.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent. In view of the same, direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with circular No.67 dated 3.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent after affording an opportunity to the parties concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give another complaint to the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enclosing a copy of this order.
