O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent Corporation to permit the petitioner to take part in the commercial bid of Tender in Notice No.121/360/A-1(civil)/TNSTC (VPM) 2021 dated 20.01.2021.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the endorsement made by him, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.08.2024 Vv 2/4
