Learned Advocate Commissioner submits that she has already seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant. She would submit that the vehicle was seized in Kerala and she had spent one full day for effecting the seizure and she was paid initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/- pursuant to the directions given by this Court. She seeks for Additional Remuneration.

2.Considering the amount of time spent by the Advocate Commissioner, this Court is inclined to award an Additional Remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner, which is payable by the applicant. The applicant is directed to pay the Additional Remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Since this application has already been disposed of, no further directions can be issued in this application. If the applicant seeks for any further directions, liberty is granted to them to file a fresh application seeking for further directions.
