Arb.Appln.No.161 of 2023 Arb.Appln.No.161 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J., As directed by this Court, the learned Advocate Commissioner has seized the vehicle at Kerala and handed over the custody of the same to the applicant. The learned Advocate Commissioner seeks for an additional remuneration. As seen from the report, the Advocate Commissioner was initially paid remuneration of Rs.30,000/-, she seeks for an additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/-.

2. Considering the fact that the vehicle was seized at Kerala, this Court is of the opinion that an additional remuneration sought for by the Advocate Commissioner is reasonable. Accordingly, this Court directs the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
