Respondents Appeal preferred under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order dated 14.06.2010 in W.P.No.12293 of 2010. WP.No.12293/2010:Writ petition filed u/Art 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order made in Ref.No.64/A/010 dated 01.06.2010 passed by the Second respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from transferring the petitioner from ESI Dispensary Villivakkam to ESI Dispensary Pallavaram.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 14.06.2010 made in W.P.No.12293 of 2010.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the issue involved in the writ appeal has become infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
